1st Choice Apartments are located in the
heart of Zagreb’s favourite neighborhood Trešnjevka, just 10 minutes
form main square. Trešnjevka also abounds with parks and green spaces.
Only 50 m from apartments there is one of the most beautiful parks “Old
Trešnjevka”. This is great location for those who prefer to be in
private and quite atmosphere but close to markets, caffes, post office,
bank, tram station ect.

by living in one of 3 modern fully equipped apartments where you can
feel yourself like at home.
APARTMENTS
All apartments are equipped with SAT TV, free WIFI, kitchen utensils
and food basics that our guests will find upon arrival, such as
coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. On request you also can
have iron and ironing board, hair-dryer and washing machine. The
apartments are air-conditioned and have central heating.
Our guests like to be informed, so we prepare a small welcome package on arrival that consists of a Zagreb map, weather forecast, brochures on Zagreb and Croatia, tips for restaurants and shops etc.

Markets, bakery, caffees, post office, bank etc. are 50-100 m from
apartments. “Cibona tower” and “Dom sportova” are also in the
neighborhood, located 5 minutes walking distance.
Open market “Trešnjevka” which is daily opened and offers fresh fuits and vegetables, or domestic made products like cheese or milk, is located in 3 minutes walking distance. For morning or afternoon coffee you can choose from several modern caffees in neighborhood streets.

Apartments are prepare to accomodate 1-6 people. Located in family
house, every apartment has its own entrance with no share rooms. We
offer you 3 different apartments WHITE, MINI and CLASSIC. All three
apartments together accomodate 12 people, so can be ideal for large
groups of friends or family travelling together. In the case coming
with the car, there is also a possibility to park your car in the
street with no fee.
